British Columbia, Canada Canadian Aquaculture Company – The current facility it is now operating as a salmon broodstock facility with the capacity of producing 10 million eyed eggs per year. The facility is also a demonstration hatchery for regional aquaculture students. The owner investment group has engaged John Holder through JLH Consulting Inc. to plan and design a fully integrated 1,000 metric ton per year Coho salmon recirculating aquaculture production facility. Starting every 13 weeks with certified disease-free eggs, the production plan goes from first feeding to 3 kg harvest size in 12 months.
